I've taken the liberty of informing a member of the committee
of this development personally.  Seems Burns has made a committee
nightmare of a panel in his most recent revision of the bill released this
morn.  Burns is going to shoot himself in the foot if he's not
careful.  Still, no one seems very happy that S.909 is being rushed to
markup.

I believe the S.909 proponents are in for a rough time.
