Secure E-Mail ASP-type systems?

I'm looking to assemble a list of commercially available secure e-mail ASP
solutions, with a particular focus on those vendors who make their solution
available for sale for operation by the customer. (Think running your own
Hushmail servers.)
I'm aware of Certified Mail, but there must be many alternatives out there.
If you know of such an ASP or vendor, please send me an e-mail and I'll
summarize to the list.
