Eric Youngs SSL-EAY includes optimized DES and layered transforms for
a range of Architectures including RISC and non-Intel in particular.

If somebody outside of the USA is going to work on optimal SSH, then
abstracting its crypto code to use an ABI and coding to the SSLEAY
ABI is the way to go.

I did raise this on the SSL list but it sank like a stone, about 3 months ago.

Eric is a bit busy earning a living, I think there is some confusion about
where SSL and SSH collide in the space of session management and the 'right way'
to do secured apps.. but that aside, his code is bitchin!
