RCMP using anonymous remailers, perhaps?

   as they provide a cheap, efficient, and secret way of communication

I guess they don't plan on trying to shut down any Canadian remailers,
at least not yet.  I do love how they paint such a lovely 'evil' picture
of anonymous remailers.


Addendum:
 The RCMP is the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, a national police force in
Canada. They are not like the FBI, which can be compared to CSIS: Canadian
Security Intelligence Service.
