I know of at least two, there's Eric Young's SSLeay (I don't know the URL
offhand, just do a search for SSLeay) and cryptlib,
http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/cryptlib.html. These are both from
outside the US so there's no trouble in getting them from anywhere.
