John Young wrote to the list to indicate that, for reasons ill
explained by his ISP, his web site, http://jya.com/, which many of you
doubtless know as a source of many interesting documents related to
cryptographic policy, was pulled by his service provider.
A portion of the content is temporarily being housed at
http://jyx.com/ -- John says that the original jya.com site will
return some time soon.
(I chose to re-write Mr. Young's message for compactness. I apologize
to him if I've flubbed any of the detail.)
