Nope. You should remove PGP before you cross any border, and download it
again once on the other side. That goes for Pilot-SSH as well... :-)
On my laptop I have an boot script that checks if PGP is missing and if the
modem or network is running it downloads PGP automatically. Whenever I
reboot in France I have to disconnect the phone line.
