I have typed in the letter we received recently from BXA classifying
the Applied Cryptography diskette as 5D002 on the Commerce Control List,
i.e., as an Encryption Item (EI) requiring a license to export.
No surprises here, they just parroted Clinton's 1996 executive order
transferring crypto from State to Commerce.
