Real-world cryptanalysis can't break mathematical-cryptography OTP.
But real-world cryptography can use sometimes-more-than-One-Time
Pads, and not-independent-identically-distributed random pads, and
not-destroyed-after-use pads, and real-world cryptanalysis can
sometimes break those.
