| I don't know about 224 and there isn't any 128 but for SHA-1 (160) the
| initial values seem to be just an obvious pattern...
BTW, it hadn;t occured to me until now, but the 160-bit SHA-1 was presumably
designed to go with the 80-bit Clipper encryption!
