BBC1 will be showing "Cracking the Code" tonight at 10:30pm. This play is a
biography of Alan Turing covering his life, work and death, and is being
broadcast as part of BBC educations Numeracy season.

Strange how many cryptographers this century have been from groups
targeted by Hitler for the death camps. Lots of Jews, Turing and co with
pink triangles, the Polish contingent at Bletchley, etc. Now, were there
any notable WW II crytographers of gypsy heritage?
