There was a similar idea proposed on Declan's fight-censorship list.
(apologies to those who get f-c for the repetition) involving putting up
large amounts on porn which was PGP'ed, with a link to
http://www.ifi.uio.no/pgp/ from the site. Voila ! You'd have millions of
PGP users in days.
