BXA intends to modify its rule governing foreign nationals
working on controlled US high technology and source code.
Here's an excerpt from BXA's Semiannual Regulatory Agenda
issued on October 29:
609.
Abstract: This rule will modify the Department of Commerce's current
``deemed export'' rule covering foreign nationals working on controlled
U.S. high technology or source code in the United States or abroad.
