There are links to several hardware RNG's on my crypto links page, 
http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/links.html (and there'll be more when I 
get around to updating it).  The most flexible ones are the serial-port based 
ones because they're hardware platform and OS-independant.  The SG100 (made by 
a Swedish company) is probably the most readily available, although the 
drivers are somewhat awkward to work with.
