Thanks! _Using_ it doesn't require any license from the US at all, though perhaps the local government may have some rule or other. The problem is getting it there. You need a license to export useful crypto, but there are deals that can be made; check out PGP's web pages. Alternatively, you can just use a non-US product, like the Stronghold web server sold by C2, or European-scanned versions of PGP, which you can download from your favorite archives. Thanks!
