Satoh's paper is available via automatic reply. Send e-mail
with Subject: u9710.1.9 to pprtserv@rimath.aitama-u.ac.jp (that - might
be an _, hand written notes were done too fast). Search HP with
+"Elliptic Curve" +logarithm
and you should find Smart's paper. Enjoy :-)
