Fortezza Plus key length?

I asked Albert, but he could not find the web page where he saw the 90-bit
key length for Fortezza Plus. Can anyone out there confirm this number
and, if possible, point to a source?
I maintain the Diceware page http://world.std.com/~diceware and it would be
very useful to be able to cite that number to users concerned about the
appropriate length for their passphrases.
Also, is there publicly available information on the size of the public
keys used with Fortezza Plus?
