One of the big points is that the merger is not complete, pending approval.
Until then, because it will *probably* go through, anything that NAI
says will affect TIS's business. If the merger does *not* go through,
and the effect is bad, TIS could sue for the damage done to it -
and probably win.
(Hell, even after the merger, TIS has customers that nobody wants to piss
off unnecessarily, but
