There's a 1992 version of CAVE and related algos at:

The more recent 1996 version is not (yet) available online. See

Dave Wagner is, to be sure, the most reliable un-NDA authority, 
until the hog-tied TR-45 hostages cut the knot about the new 
CCA bugger, as Greg wrote earlier.
