Glad to hear the Canadian system is not immediately geared toward complete
govt. control over digital signatures. But I think a lot of the dangers
are still there. It's easy to convert voluntary particpation into
mandatory, and you don't even need a Big Brotherish agency to do it - just
a bunch of ill-informed legislators...
