The Administrative Law Review, the official publication of the
American Bar Association's Section on Administrative Law and American
University's Washington College of Law, encourages submissions for possib=

The Washington College of Law is now planning a full-day conferen=
ce
in April 1999 to accompany the publication of this issue. Speakers are
expected to include, in addition to the authors published in the Symposiu=
m
Issue, members of the regulatory, business, financial, legal, and media
communities.

Submissions of any length will be considered. Articles should be
received by The Administrative Law Review by October 15, 1998, although
earlier submissions are welcomed. Authors of papers accepted for
publication will be expected to confirm within seven days after acceptanc=
e
that they will contribute these papers to the Symposium Issue.
