It will be interesting to learn if there is any relationship between
SKIPJACK and S1, a allegedly TOP SECRET cipher that was posted to
cypherpunks on 9 Aug 1995. Bruce Schneier pronounced it a hoax on 6 Sep,
but his detaliled analysis made me think it was authentic. We'll see.
