Not that the world needs more skipjack implementations, but the one I
did yesterday afternoon has been put by John Young at:

The only thing significant about it is that it is (a) slow and (b) a
very obvious for those trying to study the algorithm. Colin's version
is a lot more production but not nearly as transparent.
