We've just gotten a fax from Ed Roback at NIST of the 23-page
NSA algo specs. It's considerably clearer than the PDF files.
If this could help your work let me know. Of course you might
want to ask Ed for your own fax: <edward.roback@nist.gov>.
We've been slowly typing in the text of the doc, beginning at the
front, so the fax should speed this up, perhaps by scanning,
though not tried yet. We're up to page 6, in HTML format,
without figures and complex equations which we'll scan from
Ed's fax as JPEG.
