My system has been searching for over 3000 CPU minutes, and has
yet to find an 8x8 S-box with maximum pairs-XOR count of
<=10 and minimum hamming distance (to any of the linear-boolean
vectors) > 0.405. Lots of boxes <= 10, but very few even
approaching 0.405 in hamming distance.
