THE PUBLIC RAPPORT July 6 CONTREDICTS THE ORIGINAL RAPPORT!

Mr Schönnbett of this office recognizes that the original rapport 
(30 pages) that Swisscom admits to trace cell per cell via the function "periodic Location Updating" actually 1 time /3Hours 
and with a back-up of 7 days! 
He recognizes to protect the State.
 

This database is not the log of Location Area (LA) or group of cells;
generate by the normal loction  updating.
 
This office noted the resistances, contradictions et zones of darkness of Swisscom.

Only TEMPS swisspapers note these facts; 
The commission will ask to Telecom journalist  Mr Antoine Blanc (24H)(will be never published)about the frequency about the
Periodic Location Updating in 97: 2 times per hour.

Actually this frequence is one time per 3 hours.
(1X/3H, back-up: 7 jrs) and generate 45 millions numbers to back-up.

This commission is the reflect of Berne.
