Crypto for Notebooks - Reccomendations?

Can anyone reccomend a superior crypto product for a notebook
266 Mhz. Intel, 32RAM, 6.0 Gig HD with win95/98 operating
system that will REALLY protect the condfidentiality of the files
(execution, contents and file name structure) as well as preventing a
"break in" from boot or other BIOS or interrupt scheme?
