Please note that if you are a United States Citizen, and are in possession
of cryptographic software temporarily exported under the personal use
exception, you would quite probably be in violation were you to make
available that software to a foreign national without explicit state
department authorization. 

I'm sure if you explained that to the customs officer at Heathrow, they'd
be most understanding. Just make sure you bring along some astroglide.
