It is reported that Clinton's testimony tomorrow (Monday) will be carried
by an encrypted video line between Starr and the White House.
I was wondering: if there were a legal requirement for key recovery
for all encrypted communications, who would the "trusted third party
(or parties)" be in this case?
Janet Reno or the Justice Department? (Inappropriate. This is why Starr
was appointed as a special prosecutor!)
Hmmmm... Newt Gingrich? Nah...
Food for thought...
Cheers,
