Hi Robert,
It's not generally known, and if asked it was not me who told you; but
Digicash is planning to launch a new US issuing bank later this year. The
bank is rumored to be either Chase or Citibank, I haven't had confirmation
of which one.
We (<company name>) were attempting to do some business with Digicash and
were informed to wait for this partner bank in the US, as they were going to
be able to expand the use of Digicash through their very large customer
base.
