last week's issue (10/8) of the american banker had article on account
authority digital signature (AADS) titled: Privacy Broker: Likely Internet
Role for Banks? by Jeffrey Kutler.
X9.59 also cleared committee last week and is on its way for vote as
financial industry standard.
There is also power point presentation on aads & x9.59 at the x9a10 mailing
list archive site at lists.commerce.net ... there is url pointer to it at
