I guess Finland will stick by it's recently made national crypto policy
(http://www.vn.fi/lm/telecom/cryptography/guidelines.htm) so that inside
Finland there will be no restrictions any time soon, about export of
strong crypto, I doubt it will happen either. After all they gave the
presidential IT award to Data Fellows for their strong crypto products :)
