JYA and others,

The first Hong Kong free crypto archive is up and running at:

ftp://ftp.futuredynamics.com/freecrypto/

At the moment I'm just mirroring ftp.pgpi.com (about 119 Mb). More 
stuff will be hopefully added later. Also, I hope to announce more 
sites soon.
