Cute. Pretty easy to make.

Assuming .010"/bit on an 8x10 printed area you could get 800,000 bits.
Assuming you lose about 1/3 to synchronization and ECC you could get
maybe 64kb on a page. That's not a lot of backup but its quite a bit of
compressed and encrypted text communication.

Question is: if some yahoo finds it and wants to know what it is do you
have to talk? That will always be the bottom line in the
crypto-political mess.
