It appears that back at RSA's conference Entrust announced their PKI
toolkit is available for free download. The toolkit works with products
from Baltimore Tech, Microsoft, Netscape, Thawte, Verisign, and other vendors.
It looks like an interesting toolkit, available worldwide at no fee. Worth
a look at least.
