They're not just Wassenaar-based, that's the actual text with the
section numbers changed and the spelling corrected from the US
original (I posted the mappings here a few months ago). Apart from
the section numbers and spelling the US, Canadian, Australian, and
NZ guidelines (which are the ones I have) are identical, and they
in turn are mostly identical to the COCOM ones from which they were
derived (Wassenaar is just COCOM with mention of the Soviet bloc
countries excised).
