Whew. I followed the first few bits, but then the math reached escape
velocity :). And I thought I had a relatively good math background...
What I did grasp of the approach seems astonishingly elegant, though.
Based on the description of the cryptosystem itself, it looks like one
big problem is expansion, since each bit is encrypted with a
multidimensional vector.
