Exactly. Just as the provisions for increased penalties for the use of a
firearm during a crime are unjustifiable, so are the the provisions
imposing increased penalties for the use of crypto. To the
anti-self-defense people on this list: you didn't really think they'd be
satisfied with banning firearms, did you?
