No problem.  The pages at http://world.std.com/~dpj/ are
devoted to this topic. There are links to a 1996 paper of mine
about SPEKE, links to both Bellovin & Merritt Encrypted
Key Exchange papers, plus a few others.  EKE  is also described in:
    Schneier's Applied Crypto,
    Menezes/van Oorschot/Vanstone's Handbook of Applied Crypto, and
    Kaufman/Perlman/Speciner's "Network Security ...".
