"We are pleased that companies like Cisco are partnering with the
government to find a workable solution to resolve tough encryption
policy and technology challenges," said William Reinsch, Commerce
Undersecretary for Export Administration . "We applaud Cisco's
commitment to customer needs, government concerns for recoverable
   encryption, and industry interoperability."

Is this new "partnership" GAK, or has a miracle occurred? I'm guessing
GAK, but the press release is way too carefully worded to extract
actual information. Anyone know details?
