Perhaps someone could get transcripts, though I'm not sure how. Does CSPAN produce transcripts? The gist of her remarks were that: 1. The US government wants US companies to export breakable for reasons of national security 2. A major computer vendor has chosen to flout these requests by allying itself with a Russian firm. 3. Strong crypto is available from a variety of other countries.
