Am more concerned that for any crypt there exists a decrypt which could
result in *any* predetermined message (within size constraints of course).

Anyone know how the book codes used at the turn of the century were treated
legally ? The ones where "The pen of my aunt has fallen from the table."
meant "Sell British Steam Trombone soonest."
