Well, getting a petitioning group started by students wouldn't be too
bad, I'd think. You could always work with students you know to get it
going. (The group will need student anyway, even if you start it...)
All you need are some students interested.
(I don't know about any special considerations because of being in
Switzerland/outside the US, but you'd need to check into those.)
