BTW, Chris Nelms was not responsible for my pledge class, but he was
responsible for my wanting to pledge as a freshman. He found my message
on the list and is looking into the matter. I will also investigate from
my end. It occurs that mentioning him might be construed as complaint. No
flame was intended. Of everyone I remember he seemed the one most likely
to have a solution after all these years. And it seems I was right. He
probably will.
