I am writing this personal plea to all of the fellow users of the list.

PLEASE, **PLEASE**, do not automatically quote entire messages in a reply
unless they are wholly pertinent to the text of your message.

Why do I say this? I could say I'm doing it for the people on services
which charge by the kilobyte of mail, but I'm not. It's for me.

I am the Upsilon Rho representative. As part of the agreement, and to
quickly squelch any chance of saying I'm screening what they see, I print
out everything that comes across the list. I have no problem when
someone posts a several page message. Yippee! I'm glad to print it. I
get ticked when I see someone reply to that message, quote it all
(including sig file) and add very little of their own.

Please discriminate freely in trimming your quotes.

Thank you.

In Leadership, Friendship, and Service,
Reid Stanley
