Dear Brothers:
As Joe has said in two messages the home page is up... correction
it is only a draft. A new one is being created through a joint mind meld
of Jamie Csonka and myself Hayim Weiss. The new address when complete
will be at http://www.pitt.edu/~epic1/apo/bestbeta.html.
Till then, I want to inform you all -- don't expect it until October 31.
(it will be a special trick for Halloween!)
