As far as I know, and I am no expert, I have just done some reading on
SPAM, because the APO-L is not a protected list, SPAM can get to it. If
you read any newsgroups, you will notice much SPAM. Well, to the
internet, this is just another news group, so we get SPAM. That is a
very simple explanation(sp?) of it, but it is somewhat accurate. If
anyone has more info, please feel free to correct me. Any ?'s e-mail me.
