Good question Michael.

One solution as you said is to appeal more to non-greeks and get them involved.

Another would be to find out what it is about APO that attracted these current
greek members into the chapter, and focus more on those activities. If they
joined for service, then do lots of service. True, a few people will carry
th bulk of the responsibility for planning and the like, but the others should
come around when they see the results.

Also, consider asking one member of each of the sororities to meet with the
APO chapter president in a "greek council" type committee, and plan out
acitivites and meetings that don't interfere as much as possible. Also, get
feedback on why people aren't participating. Try to set up joint activities
(service projects, parties) with these other sororities that everyone can
join in on.
