Sorry about the last message. I'm sure the SPAMmers will eventually get what's
coming to them.

Anyway, I thought I'd take some bandwidth, since I haven't posted anything here
before, to do my short little introduction-type thing.

My name is Robert Dean. I'm a 1993 graduate of Omega Epsilon (Illinois
Wesleyan University) in Bloomington, Illinois. I pledged during my junior year
(having heard nothing about APO before then, and with good reason -- before my
pledge class of 30 activated, the chapter had 7 members) and quickly became
Membership Chairman and then VPM (fun job, especially if you like to do
publicity and planning). After graduation, I joined Section 48 staff as
Membership Coordinator (Membership & Extension-type person) which I did for two
years before taking over my current role as Newsletter Editor for the section.

My current job is as Technology Coordinator/AS/400 Operator for ISU Lab Schools
(University High School and Metcalf School (K-8) ). My biggest project right
now is trying to get Theta Epsilon chapter out of the dumper, so if you know
anyone at ISU (pardon me, that's Illinois State University), send me their name
and some way to reach them -- if Theta Epsilon still has no members at the end
of the semester, the charter will be declared inactive at the next board
meeting.

Oops! I forgot the most important part. I'm recently married to a fellow
brother of Omega Epsilon chapter. :) :) :)
