Hello Brothers of APO (At least, brothers soon to be :)
My name is Greg Tapolow and about three weeks ago I pledged to Alpha Phi
Omega. I am a transfer student at the University of Pittsburgh (Beta)
returning to my undergraduate studies after a break of 3.5 years. I am
currently majoring in Theatre, with a goal set on directing and
theatrical education.
I was introduced to APO by an ex who is an alumni of Kappa Chapter (CMU)
during one of their larger service projects (At least to my point of
view). This was a concessions booth at a campus wide carnival. I joined
in the fun of helping out and they welcomed me. I learned a little about
APO from them and was eager to return to school as the paper process was
well underway.
When I received my acceptance to return to school from Pitt, I sought out
APO. Rushing was a blast. And by attending a different college I'm
getting to meet even more brothers.
So, now I am a member of the Philip Prince Pledge Class. I am serving as
the Beta Class Fellowship Chair and am also working on a mailing list for
anybody who is pledging this semester.
I ask if anyone who is in the Prince Class who is interested in joining a
mailing list to talk about APO and being a pledge (No ritual or trade
secrets please) and eventually reminissing about the good ol' days.
Please email me :)
That's it for me,
Greg
